Nyerere Bite Salima Soldiers Mafco In Friendly Encounter

Nine man Mighty Be Forward Wanderers on Friday showed resilience by outclassing Mafco FC in a friendly match played at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.

Nomads played without four of their key players currently with the national team the Flames.

Nyerere were forced to play the game with nine men when Ted Sumani was sent off.

Mafco opened the scoreline before the Nomads equalized through Mike Kaziputa.

The Nomads scored their second goal of the match through Jimmy Zakazaka before he was sent off.

In another friendly match played on Thursday at same venue, Peter Mponda’s Wizards beat Nyasa Big Bullets 2-1.
