Mike Mkwate, McFellen Ngwira and John Lanjesi missed penalties for the peoples team while and Ackim Kazombo, John Malidadi, Osward Maunga and Winster Phiri join Likoswe on the list of the misses for Blue Eagles.
Big Bullets won penalties through Muhammad Sulumba, Chiukepo Msowoya, Yamikani Fodya and Pilirani Zonda.
Bullets reached the round of 16 of the Presidential Football Cup by beating Malawi Defence Force (MDF) Marine 3-0.
