One of the celebrated reggae bands in the country The Black Missionaries has postponed the dates of releasing its 10th album DVD from mid August to late September this year.
The changes has risen from late processing of video clips by south African video editing experts in South Africa.
Speaking to Malawi Punch, confirming the change Timothy Adrian who is the chief executive officer of Cream Malawi, one of the companies in the country which is working hand in hand with Carlsberg Malawi to run the DVD launch said financial errands within band members led to delayed payment of the demanded sum of money by the editing experts which made the editing experts to backward their video editing work.
“The DVD was supposed to be launched this August but the band was financially troubled in that it payed the south African video editors lately,” said Adrian.
The DVD launch was expected to start on 7th August at robins park in blantyre, on 12 th August at civil stadium in Lilongwe and it was believed to be finished on 14th August this year.
