Onesimus Muzik, a spiritual son of Malawi’s flamboyant Prophet Shepherd Bushiri is expected to marry his long time fiancé Lisa Mlanduli in South Africa at what is expected to be VIP only wedding, spending a whooping MK30 million.
Onesimus, otherwise known as Armstrong engaged the South African designer in 2014 and he has finally decided to seal the deal.
“I can’t wait for our big day and I believe my family of No Stress will support us to the fullest. I am ready for this big day and I honor the grace of my spiritual father, His guidance has taken us this far and finally, big things are about to happen,” explained Onesimus.
The artist, popular for his great gospel hit Miracle Money recently sold thousands of CDs for his debut gospel album Epikaizo Vol 2.
The wedding is expected to attract a lot of big names in South Africa including the man of God himself Prophet Shepherd Bushiri who also attended his engagement in 2014 and showed him with millions of kwachas on ‘Perekaniperekani” moment.
Onesimus Muzik is considered as one of the most favoured sons of the Major 1 and the man of God has been very instrumental to the singer’s spiritual and financial growths. He is nominee of Ingomas artist of the year in South Africa.
After the wedding, Onesimus is expected to fly to Europe for his honeymoon where he will visit France, Belgium and Netherlands among others.
Onesimus, born Armstrong Kalua came to fame after releasing “Ndamusowa” and “Sinditha kumvetsa” singles that put a pedestal to his career and his success continued to rise from strength to strength that he did collaboration projects with Malawi’s finest urban musicians including Young Kay, Barry One, Piksy, Lulu and Zambia’s Dalisoul among others.
In 2013, Armstrong became born again under the guidance of prophet Shepherd Bushiri, releasing three singles and later relocating to South Africa where he is based at the moment. While in SA, the artist released one album that is currently available on iTunes and Google Play.
