A Global Nutrition Report has reveled that Malawi has failed to meet the target to end malnutrition.
The Nutrition Report was launched in seven cities across the globe on Tuesday and in Malawi it was launched in Lilongwe.
Malawi has failed on most of the set targets for ending malnutrition, with the reporting showing that 43 percent of children in the country are stunted.
The report also shows that Malawi has failed to on the 2025 World Health Assembly targets on Ending anaemia in women and on Exclusive Breastfeeding.
Most Sadc countries are also off target on most of the set targets for ending malnutrition and have high rates of stunting.
