Wanna have a feel of how miracle money tastes like? Then don’t stress, video-record yourself doing a rendition of one of ‘miracle money’ gospel rapper, Gwamba’s latest songs; Better or Alleluyah, and surely in no time you will win yourself as cool K100, 000 cash.
Sounds phony but it’s true, after all its prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s money. We all need it, right? Jump on it. Gwamba born Duncan Zgambo has launched his online competition, offering cash to those who dare to, using a mobile phone, send a 30 seconds video clip doing their favorite part of Better or Alleluyah songs.
“No beat, no background vocals, just your voice. Send the video clip to +265997232251 on Whatsapp. Simply write your name and where you stay then send the video,” announces Gwamba on social media recently.
“I will be posting the video clips on my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram profile(s). The video that gets more likes (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) combined will be declared the winner on May 15th”.
The winner of the surely Bushiri funded competition, will pocket K100, 000 cash.
It is of no surprise that Gwamba-Bushiri’s in-law- and other artists who chose to walk in Bushiri’s path are swimming in miracle money as testified by his recent announcement that he is launching an energy drink called ‘Better’.
What else can we expect from Bushiri boys? Soon they will demand us to worship them; Its guess, only few will pass the chance considering the cash at hand. And could that be true? Maybe, if Gwamba’s yet to be released song is anything to be considered.
Gwamba is set to drop his third music video titled “Worship Me Am God”. The video is currently in shooting stages in Malawi’s lakeshore district of Salima, specifically SengaBay.
Let’s hope the song is all about God and not the ‘miracle money god’, because by the video’s concept itself, one wonders who is worshiping who. In the ‘Worship Me Am God’ music video, Gwamba is playing a role of an earthly king manning his servants as slaves; and that should food for thought.
