Sheriffs stormed Premier Bus Company (PBC), offices on Saturday morning and confiscated three of the company’s coaches.
The three coaches were set to start off for Lilongwe, Harare Zimbabwe and South Africa. And the incident left passengers stranded.
The sheriffs impounded the bus upon instruction from their clients who are claiming the bus company owes them millions of money in debts.
PBC managing director Reason Chitonya died in December last year and the company has been run by his family.
